Jodi Speigel, Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Crime Against Women and Children Unit at the Henry County District Attorney's Office.
Jodi graduated from Emory Law School and has been an attorney for 25 years. As a prosecutor, she handles cases involving child abuse, sexual abuse and commercial sexual exploitation of children as well as serious injury and child deaths. She is a member of the Henry County Multi-disciplinary team and on the Board of Prevent Child Abuse of Henry County.
Prior to joining the District Attorney’s office, she was the Deputy Director of the Office of the Child Advocate addressing systemic issues affecting children and advocating for needed change. She conducted statewide presentations and trainings on the Investigation and Prosecution of Child Abuse, Sexual Abuse and Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children, Abusive Head Trauma and Co-sleeping Child Deaths. She was a member of the Statewide Human Trafficking Taskforce and the Sexual Assault Response Expert Committee.
Jodi joined the PCAHC Board in 2017.
